   My wife and I ate here for her 66th birthday for a party of 10. We had a 6:00 pm reservation. We were later told by the waiter after placing orders that the restaurant was out of boneless Ribeyes. How does a well known steak house run out of most likely their best selling steak at 6:00 pm on a Monday night? Very disappointing and hard to retrieve a good night out from that point on. The manager never came to the table to apologize or try to make good. I think this Del Frisco location is poorly run and is a far cry from the original Del Frisco in Dallas. At least it was on this night for us.

   We booked based on reviews to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The service was poor and virtually non existent. The food was mediocre at best. Mac & Cheese with lobster was like a frozen stouffers dinner. And needed seasoning. Fries were under cooked. Filet mignon was overcooked, tough and charred. How do you char a filet? Had to constantly ask for water refills. The checking host indicates the server will be by with bread and to wait onus. No cocktail menu provided until server stopped by. Bread arrives during the time dinner was served. The manager seemed too busy worrying about two large groups of 40 guests. Are you that important not to pay attention to smaller tables? Shameful. The occasion was ruined.

   The food was good however, the kitchen appeared to be backed up due to a large party being serviced simultaneously. It looked like almost everyone with smaller parties like ours was waiting quite a while for their food. Our server was friendly and actively checked on our table and status of our order. Under other circumstances, I think the whole experience could have been 5 stars.

   My wife and I go here for special occasions every year and I was shocked how bad the service and food were compared to previous visits. We will no longer be coming back

   We decided to return here after several years, expecting the same quality of service and food we remembered. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The drinks were poorly made, with no measuring—just haphazard pouring—and they didn’t have any quality gin available. For a restaurant that markets itself as high-end, this was unacceptable.

   The restaurant was not crowded and they sat us right by the kitchen. We had made a reservation so they knew we were coming. The steaks were overcooked.

   Overall a great experience for our thanksgiving meal. Anthony our server was good and attentive. The food was very enjoyable and good value for money.

   On Thanksgiving day, our table was ready when we arrived. The young lady who served us was attentive, always smiling and polite and she made the good food taste even better.

    Wait staff were very good. Food was out in about 7 minutes and was tasty. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. We were there on a Sunday for lunch.
