   Food is great but the waiter did all he could to get us out the door. Didn’t even introduce himself. Just came to the table asked if we were ready then never came back to check on the food, refill drinks, etc.

   Took out of town family for dinner prior to show at Radio City. Location of the restaurant was great for this purpose. I dropped off the two elderly ladies in the party, my mom and my in law, and we went to put the car in the garage to minimize their walking. It took about 20-25 min to return and we come to find, they wouldn’t seat them because we all needed to be together and didn’t offer at all to permit them to sit elsewhere - One with a cane and both with difficulty standing for long periods. When I politely asked the young lady that seated us why they weren’t atleast offered somewhere to sit, she looked away, put down our menus and left. Our server, although polite, was pushy upon our ordering our food, salads and entrees. He insisted we needed appetizers & kept insisting til we had to firmly tell him we gave our order and that’s what we wanted. Pushed all meal We ordered a large bottled water & wine and when brought over, he opened, poured, still had plenty of water in the bottle, placed a 2nd one down and opened that one too, ahead of us even asking for it. Told us he was going to bring bread over & that took about 20 minutes to come & realized he forgot it when we asked for smaller plates for our salads so we can all share the different ones and we said we only had bread plates. Meals came just about right on top of the salads and we barely had any time to eat them prior. Another annoyance for the meal. Crab cake was ok, very small. Mac and cheese wasn’t very flavored and was very dry. The salmon and mahi mahi were both very good, although the salmon was very undercooked for what my mom asked for and the short ribs and polenta were very salty and too many strong flavors to truly enjoy. Overall nice time together as family but mediocre meal and dining experience at best. I’ve been to DF steakhouse and other DF Grilles in the past, which have been excellent but this one missed the mark. Not a typical Landry’s restaurant or member experience.

   I watched the bartender use his bare hands take out olives from the jar to prep several martinis. Big dude with a beard. Disgusting

   Appetizers were amazing the steak melting your mouth. I’ve been to a lot of steak places. This is my top one for flavor and tender.

   We had a reservation for 1:30 PM on a Saturday for a party of 6 post show at Radio City Music Hall. We arrived early and had to wait, but we were seated close to our reservation time. The waiter was very accommodating for my children and gave suggestions such as the truffle mac and cheese without truffle oil and the tomato pepperoni flatbread. I ordered the steakhouse salad with filet mignon and it was 'just ok". I did expect more from a well-known name in NYC dining. Other people in our party had the Cobb salad, seared salmon, and a burger. The burger and tomato pepperoni flatbread were the best.

   Our main dishes arrived before our appetizers. The restaurant was busy which seemed to impact service speed. Food was good but overshadowed by the backwards order of delivery and service speed.

   Food was "ok". Steakburger was delicious and cooked well. Fries were tasty but not crispy. Steakhouse salad was mediocre. Steak was tender but not cooked to my order. Asked for dressing on the side and the meal was served with dressing that saturated the lettuce and plate. Dressing was also tasteless. I would not order that again. The key lime pie tart was the best thing we tried today. Outstanding. All in all, it was just ok. Service was slow. I'd go back for the burger and pie.
