   Been to Southlake and Hulen location before. This was the first visit to Alliance. As usual, this location didn’t disappoint. Staff and food was excellent as expected. Will be returning since it’s closest to our home.

   From the time we walked in, we were greeted and shown to our table. The service matched the delicious pizza selections!! We will definitely be back for more. Thanks Ryan, Matt and our additional pizza server!

   Our reservation and experience at De Lucca was incredibly tasty and a fun time for all of our family. Our server was attentive and very helpful. Christian, one of pizza servers was very personable and Informative about the types of pizzas and helping to get our requests ordered if needed. Great dining experience!!

   Had many great experiences at Delucca previously but last night was very disappointing. Was sat 15mins late with a reservation, service was incredibly slow, they just kept bringing out the same pizzas multiple times, and by the time they came to our table, the pieces they had sucked. Won’t be returning to this location again.

   This will be my first and last time to Deluccas. The food was pretty good, but not $122 for 2 adults and 2 kids good. Our drink order came after the first few slices had already come, and we ordered higher priced cocktails. We never saw a dessert pizza, so we flipped our pizza badge, figuring that maybe that would trigger dessert pizza delivery. We were left unattended for more than 20 minutes. Our server came to take our glasses away during that time and left us hanging while we watched her manage the table next to is repeatedly. We would've easily ordered 2 or 3 more drinks between the two of us. We had to get up and find someone else to get our tab when all of a sudden, every dessert pizza showed up. Terrible experience, especially for the price! Better off going to Mama's Pizza.

   This restaurant is very loud! It had the feel of a diner. The Southlake location is much quieter and darker. The service was good. Several pizzas were cold. I was very disappointed because I had taken out of town guest to the Alliance location because it was closer. We couldn’t hear each other talking. If I ever try this restaurant again, I will go to a different location.

   The ambiance was not what I was expecting. As soon as you walk in, you get punched with the noise level. I was expecting a more romantic or upscale ambiance. Instead, it felt and sounded like walking in to a mall food court or a school cafeteria. At least it was lively. They have very young people working here, therefore the service was struggling a bit. We ordered alcoholic beverages but our server forgot to put our order in. We turned over our green “dot” but we were getting passed up by every Gaucho that walked by. We’re finally had to stop one of them and ask them to please give us food. They apologized and began to bring us food. After initial “confusion,” the rest of the night went very smooth. The drinks were delicious and the pizza was incredible. The shift manager also came by to make sure the service had improved. Note that I know what to expect, we’ll definitely be coming back with more friends and family.

   I think the food is pretty great love the atmosphere and the concept but was really hoping for a better experience second time around.

   We arrived at 8:20pm for our 8:30pm reservation. We were seated by 8:35pm. It took about five minutes for the waiter to come over to get our drinks which was fine because they were extremely busy for Valentine’s Day. Food was delicious as always and so were the drinks! The only downside was that the waiter took forever to check on us, but every time he did he was very attentive.

    Everything was outstanding in my experience there. The food was amazing, and the waiters were super nice and friendly. Even in a busy day, if you want to request a specific pizza the waiters go out of their way to make sure you get what you asked for. They were what made the experience great. I would definitely go again, and for anyone going for their first time, you won’t be disappointed.
