Welcome to the Detroit Fish House Steak & Oyster Bar
We are a new seafood, steak and oyster bar located in Shelby Township, MI.

At the Detroit Fish House, we are committed to excellence in all that we do. Our seafood is all “top of the catch” and impeccably fresh and the wines are hand-selected from all over the world to complement our menu. The most important component though is, of course, our service. It is the mission of the Detroit Fish House to exceed our guests’ expectations for extraordinary food, beverages and guest service in a warm & welcoming facility. This will be accomplished through the relentless pursuit of excellence in all of our menu items, an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest service and our sincerest desire to treat everyone as if they were a guest in our own home.

    Kyle was an amazing server. I would not hesitate to request him as my sever at future visits. He was very attentive and informative and did not stop by to often. Food was great as always.

    I met a friend for dinner. We both ordered the sea bass. it was fantastic and extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend if it’s available you order it.

    Outstanding service! April was exceptional, tentative and genuine. Food and drinks were excellent as always. Preparation and presentation to our table was remarkable. We brought good friends here for their first time and they were impressed. Another memorable fine dining experience from our favorite restaurant!

    Love the ahi tuna and salmon. The crème bulea was outstanding! Service great! Only drawback was it got quite noisy.

    Mussels were good sauce needed a little more flavor but overall was good. Husband got the Asian Glazed Shrimp and he loved it. Got the crab cakes, felt they were a little fishy and needed some more flavor. Overall was good. Drinks were good.
