At Di Paolo’s our journey began with our beloved grandparents, Maria & Albert Di Paolo, who humbly opened a family pizzeria and small grocery store known as Italian Kitchen. As the aroma of freshly baked pizzas and the taste of homemade sauce filled the air, they, along with our father, Michael Di Paolo, expanded, adding more seating to accommodate our growing clientele.
Before long, the bustling atmosphere and the buzz of the satisfied customers prompted them to evolve into a full-fledged restaurant where families and friends could gather to enjoy well portioned Abruzzese meals and lively conversation, while being entertained with live music throughout the restaurant.
What truly sets us apart is our commitment to treating every guest like family. We sat for 20minutes before Another couple was seated with a server . I had to ask that server for a server for our table . My wife had to ask the server from the other couple for water before we received one . At this point we weren’t properly greeted and menu explore us . Probably our first and last trip to this restaurant
