We wanted to love this place is the worst service I’ve had in a really long time. Our initial drink order wasn’t taken for over 40 minutes. It would take 30 minutes to get a drink. Manager was nice and offered us free drinks and apologize due to short staffing, a fried chicken sandwich was very good. Not sure that’s enough to bring me back.

Cool atmosphere to watch games. Beers were good but service was very slow despite there being a bunch of staff. Not sure why so slow. Food was good, not great

Worst experience ever. We used to come here when it was Ravinia Brewing and loved it so when we saw the reopening as Diversey House I persuaded my husband to try it for my birthday. Other than the fact server directed us to a QR code for the beer menu (didn’t work and only repeated food and Bev options on paper menu), it started out ok. We asked if they had Diversey Station, was told they did so ordered small for me and large for him and at same time ordered food, fish and chips for me and steak frittes for him. Server asked how he wanted steak and he chose medium. Beer was in two different glasses and we laughed that mine looked bigger or perhaps they were same size. We finished our beer and tried to get server’s attention to reorder without any success. She was quite close still ignoring us waving our arms so I went to bar to order. We watched the other few patrons most arriving after us served their food. Finally the server arrived with my fish and chips ( truly generous portion, tasty fried and ok fish - the piece of battered fish did leave an oily aftertaste on my walk home) explaining that because my husband wanted the steak medium it takes longer but she didn’t want mine to get cold. We continued to wait until my husband decided enough was enough. He left and I went to pay for the entire order along with my complaint. The woman who had been sitting quite close to us at the end of the bar with a tablet engaging in conversation with two other employees was I discovered the manager. ( lacking peripheral vision because she should have seen us waving frantically). She didn’t allow me to pay but sadly that’s one local place we will never go back again.

Open table asked for a review so here it is. Probably won’t be back. We went at 5pm, had reservations, place was SLAMMED and had a party. Not a big deal. BUT when that affects the service and the food then it becomes a problem It took quite a while just to have a server come to the table for drinks. Having a toddler with us we placed our entire order right away (also because we already had a feeling of “who knows when they’ll be back”) It took over 45 minutes just to get ONE appetizer. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 meals. It all came randomly too. My daughter was done eating her meal before we even came CLOSE to getting ours. When ours came my burger was missing onions (which I had to pay $1.50 for!!! Oh and another $1.50 for lettuce, like what?!) My husband got the chicken sandwich which was supposed to have a whipped feta with a truffle honey vinaigrette. It was missing from the sandwich, we told our server, she came out with a slimy slab of feta on a plate. Literally from the bin it comes in and just plopped on a plate. NO vinaigrette . So yeah, we ended up just leaving and sent back the chicken sandwich. We were also never checked in on outside of food being brought to our table. Probably won’t be back here, which is sad bc we came to the previous restaurant frequently.
