   Food and table service excellent as always. However not a great welcome. Lady on reception who showed us to our table was indifferent and said not one word. Definitely needing some customer service training on how to make clients feel welcome.

   On our most recent visit to DOCs, our server was Abbie and she was very helpful, efficient and friendly. The food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection - as always. We always get the Pizza DOC and lasagna to share, always finishing off with a white chocolate sweet pizza. We always enjoy our visits to DOCs and already cannot wait to go back.

   We have been regulars since Docs opened.we usually do not go during the busy season however have been twice in the last few weeks and have been disappointed with the quality of the pizza. We will go back during the quieter months to see if the old excellent quality of the food is back. Fingers crossed as we need decent affordable restaurants on the Peninsula.

   Our whole experience at Doc Mornington was amazing! The service from the staff and food that came out was fresh and hot! 10/10 we will be back!

   DOC is always amazing - their pizzas are absolutely the best around, authentic Italian pizzas with quality ingredients. Fabulous coffee, great service and cool atmosphere. Thanks for never disappointing!

    The food is always amazing here, my fav pizza in Melbourne. The service, apart from the 1 female with long blonde hair, running around doing everything the rest, maybe aswell not existed! One just stood there, arms crossed, staring, not attentive, didn’t care at all. No one asks us how our meal was, not once would you like anything else, dessert, another drink, we had to get up to order a salad, ask for a condiment. The ambiance was weird, no music at one point there was silence and just seemed odd. The aircon was cold in the main restaurant, I get it, the staff are hot infront of the oven but was slightly warmer outside than sitting in. One lady next to us complained and moved, when we were leaving we overheard the same helpful lady asking someone would like to sit near the aircon or not or outside. We were not given that option.
