My friends and I had an awesome night at Don Alfonso 1890 in Toronto! The restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a beautiful ambiance that feels both elegant and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing impressive creativity and attention to detail. There was a minor mix-up where the server accidentally placed my food in front of my friend and vice versa. It was quickly resolved, and the staff remained friendly and professional throughout. Aside from that small mistake, everything else was top-notch, and we left feeling satisfied and happy with our experience.

Fantastic gastronomic experience. Service and food were first class. Maria our server was delightful. Warm, friendly and professional. We enjoy meeting Davide (Executive Chef). He shared his passion for cooking. A delightful evening from beginning to end.

There’s a reason why it’s one of the top restaurants. The attention to detail is superb, the well mannered servers, cleanliness of the tables, the story behind the dishes, the robust flavours in every bite, plating, I could go on for days. Don’t get me wrong I’ve been to many fine dining restaurants in Toronto alone added around the world. I personally believe that Don Alfonso sits right at the top with a select few in this category. Great concept. Amazing service. The dishes they serve backs everything they stand for. Signature Tasting Menu is a must.
