    It simply doesn’t get any better than the service, ambiance and the food at the Waldorf and Don Manuel’s!! From the tunnel entryway to the guided tour of property with pictures offered at various points as we made our way down below to the restaurant. It’s a special place….now you pay for it, but it’s what you’d expect!

    Amazing service from start to finish! Server very helpful with choosing a Mexican wine. Both of our meals were wonderful. As we are guests of the hotel it is lovely to have two quality restaurants to choose from on site.

    Our server Alex was 5 stars himself. The food was amazing. My husband said it was the best lobster he’s ever had. Even the bread was amazing. I had the chicken and would order it everytime we go. The butternut squash soup was a little sweet. We finished our meal with a classic churro order with caramel sauce. They also gave us a taste of their new version of churros which was creative and delicious.
