Don’s Pomeroy House is a beautiful 167 year old historical landmark.The service is warm and truly friendly. We have an approachable, quality wine list. The fresh menu selections feature pristine Seafood along with USDA Steaks and Chops which are regarded as some of the finest in Northeast Ohio. This is the perfect place to dine and relax, entertain business or enjoy any special occasion. We offer several private dining options. There is also a lively pub, drawing a crowd where the atmosphere is casual and practically everyone knows your name. During the warmer months, alfresco dining under our canopy of trees is simply one of a kind. Please note, The Pub and The Patio do not accept reservations and are seated on a first come first serve basis. The Patio is non-smoking. Simply put, we offer a unique cool atmosphere, warm friendly service and excellent quality food. We are located 10-15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport, we hope to see you soon!

    My wife and I had dinner at the Pomeroy House this past Saturday. We had a nice cozy side table and a great waitress. A bottle of wine, salmon for my wife and rack of lamb for me, followed by strawberry-topped cheesecake and coffee. Perfect end to a great day.

    Gerri our waitress was a true gem. Her attention to detail was impressive. The rest of the staff was also very courteous. Food was very good. Atmosphere was perfect for a cold winter’s day. My only regret was that I didn’t ask for a table closer to the fireplace! The restaurant was still decorated or Christmas which was an extra surprise for us. We’ve dined on the patio before but not in the main restaurant. If you haven’t tried this restaurant I would highly recommend it.

    My wife and I always enjoy dining at Don's Pomeroy House as it is a place where you can actually have a conversation and intimacy. The staff is always professional and attentive! the food is of the best quality and delicious!

    Service was friendly and well paced, did not feel rushed. All meals were cooked to order and fresh hot and delicious. Beautiful dining room and cozy atmosphere. Menu prices have this as a special destination restaurant

    The food was excellent, as always the service was very good Don'a Pompey Houae always provides a good experience. My lamb was outstanding A bonus is that it is not noisy. We could actually carry on a conversation with our guests

    It's been a long time since I've experienced a dining disaster quite as bad as today's lunch with my sister and sisters-in-law. My quiche had the texture and flavor of a dried out sponge (I imagine). My sister's French dip had meat so dry it was inedible. One sister-in-law had a salad with dry, rubbery chicken. It was absolutely terrible. Don's used to be our favorite restaurant, but now it's a big no-go. Very disappointed the owners have let it get to this point.

    Don’s Pomeroy House is one of our favorites. It’s pricey so it is for special occasions. Food is outstanding. Service was also outstanding.
