The truth is, you don't become a Louisiana favorite just by putting the word "authentic" on your sign.     We had a reservation for 830. We did not get seated until 845. Our server was in training she left mid shift when I was saying she was gonna leave. It took another 45 minutes for us to get our food so we didn’t get our food until 10 PM with a reservation at 8:30 and the restaurant was not that Pak Food was OK it was lukewarm. We just was so ready to go.

    If you trying to go there DONT… food was nasty and cold. Felt sick on the way home. Shrimp was mushy. Will never eat there again

    VERY POOR SERVICE. UNDER-STAFFED. HARDLY ANYONE IN THE RESTAURANT AT 6:30 PM, BUT STILL TOOK HOUR & HALF FOR SERVICE FOR 4. FRIED SHRIMP WAS GOOD. CRAWFISH BISQUE TERRIBLE. BAKED SHRIMP WAS SWIMMING IN BUTTER, NOT GOOD. WAITER WAS AWESOME BUT OVER-WORKED
