DOPO, meaning 'after' in Italian, is an intimate dining experience in the lower level of Elizabeth Square on the corner of 34th Ave and 18th Street in Marda Loop, Calgary. Inspired by D.O.P, its predecessor restaurant, on Canada's Top 100 three years in a row, DOPO has been reimagined by Executive Chef, David Leeder and Owner, Tony Migliarese. With strong opinions from Mamma Rose, of course.

Comparing to other Italian offerings, value is low. Food is fine but not special. Noodles were pretty good. Proteins were not great.

Absolutely stunning and delicious food. The menu is small but every item is perfect. Amazing dishes for sharing so you can try a little of everything because it’s too hard to choose. The staff is incredible, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun. Only complaint is DOPO isn’t located in my own personal basement so I could go everyday. If you’re on the fence about going, get off the fence and book the table. You’ll only regret not going sooner.

Food was good but portion sizes were much smaller than they used to be at DOP. Service was slow. We ordered a menu item that never came out and it was still shown on the final bill

DOP never fails to deliver, you can expect the same from DOPO as well! The food was great as always, the rotating menu always keep every visit interesting.

Incredible experience at DOO.O Our server Chelsea was extremely attentive and offered great recommendations. Felt extremely taken care of. Quality of food speaks for itself: Tony and his team had outdone themselves. Cannot wait to come back.
