I chose Dorsia to celebrate the day of my 40th birthday. I was celebrating by myself which is a tradition I have. It was absolutely phenomenal. The service from the time they took my coat to the time they helped me put it back on to leave was immaculate. The staff and bartenders were very intentional about making my day memorable. The atmosphere was lovely with people laughing and really enjoying their time. I made the best choice. I will be returning and I highly recommend. It’s a special place indeed.

Exceptional in every category. Definitely worth the trip! The atmosphere, decor, food, wine, and service were perfection! Highly recommend.
