   The experience was great. However the menu on Open Table is outdated. I wanted the Pork Belly appetizer, my husband wanted the Braised Beef or Short Rib Ravioli and I wanted to try the Butterscotch Italian Pudding. But none of those items were on the menu. We ordered the drinks and ordered Chicken Parmigiana and Eggplant Parmigiana all was great! And their bread is delicious and so soft!

   I usually don’t leave negative reviews, however my experience was very disappointing considering all the positive things I’ve heard about this place. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Frank( who is the only one who really seemed to care about my experience so big shout out to him. He’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star), he sat us and accommodated my son. But from here is when everything goes downhill. I wasn’t greeted by a server for almost 10 minutes and then a male manager popped up and gave me a “sorry about that” apology and quickly took my order. Another 5 to 10 minutes pass and then finally a lady ( I want to say her name is Casey but I’m not sure) greets me and tells me she’s my server and asked if I had my order taken already. I tell her yes and she’s leaves with no other questions. It seems like there was no communication between staff whatsoever. No one asked if we had allergies. Which is a major red flag. I asked that the kids food come out first and instead they sent the meatballs. Which were ice cold. Atp the server has yet to come check back with us so I have to ask the bussers to find her. Another manager comes to the table and apologizes for the meatballs. She gets them remade. Honestly by now I’m over it. It feels like I’m a burden and not a paying guest there. My sever comes back towards the end of my food and atp I just want to leave so I ask for box and a check. Once again just a very disappointing experience all together. Customer service goes hand in hand with this type of business and they failed to meet that mark ! But thank you again Frank for being the silver lining in such a negative experience

   We are never disappointed eating at our neighborhood restaurant. Excellent service, friendly employees and delicious food!! Still hoping that they change the chicken piccata to a more traditional dish (without bone).

   Came for the Fall Coctail class, stayed on for dinner! Cocktails were delicious, teacher was great, dinner was fantastic- we will be back! In fact, don’t book the cocktail class (limited we think to ~10) so I can get tix! 😉

   We love all the restaurants from this group. Our only suggestion has been to provide few more vegetarian options on the menu.. Thanks

   From the greeting when we first arrived, service from all staff(they all helped each other) to the food quality and ambiance, amazing! We will be back.

   I attended the Pizza Making class and didnt know I would enjoy myself the way I did. The instructor was so nice and knowledgeable! The process was so fun! And the pizza was GREAT! Will defintaley make another class in the near future and the Blood Moon cocktail was on point!

    The pizza making class was great! The instructor was very knowledgeable and you can see the enthusiasm on his voice about what he does. This is my second time and each time I had a good time.
