   Our Sunday brunch at the DC was great, as it always is, for any occasion for which we have been there…dinner, weekday Happy Hour and now Sunday Brunch. Excellent menu choices, as well as specialty brunch drink classics and the signature DC Bloody Mary with the Wisconsin beer chaser was so good! Deanna was our server, who did an excellent job taking care of our every need.

   The walleye was very good .. the serving size is great.. difficult to get walleye anywhere in the valley.. if you like walleye a must stop..

   DC steakhouse always delivers. Steak, side salad and fries, shrimp cocktail, 2 glasses of Caymus and one of Sonoma Cutrer for $200 (plus tip) all with excellent service. Considering you can easily spend $100 at the Olive Garden, its well worth the extra to go to a great local establishment for those special (or even not so special occasions). Great wine list, great cocktails. They did have a limited menu for the day after Valentine’s day, but it was extensive enough I didn’t feel like I was missing out.

   This restaurant is classy and food and service is very good. We had the small filet with a potato and broccoli. Steak was cooked perfectly. Expect to spend north of $150 for drinks and dinner; but well worth the while!

   First experience, made reservations for a part of 4 at 830pm Server took our order around 840pm, we got the salad that was supposed to go to our meals, within 6 mins, our food took nearly a hour to arrive at our table. When it arrived I took a few bites and all of our food was cold! So we sent it back, I’m just not sure how they operate as nice restaurant, with great servers! I would like a second try since my first experience didn’t go well! Hopefully it’s worth the hype next visit. The server was professional and outstanding customer service!

    Our experience at DC Steakhouse was disappointing from start to finish. We had a 7 PM reservation, yet upon arrival, we were informed that servers were overwhelmed, and we’d have to wait—even though several tables were clearly open. Once seated, it took 15 minutes before anyone even greeted us or took our drink order. The food was well below the caliber expected for a restaurant of this reputation and price point. We ordered filets, cooked medium, but they arrived rare—and not just undercooked, but stringy, full of arteries, and barely resembling a filet. The mac and cheese was decent, but the mashed potatoes were completely flavorless. For a $170 tab, the quality did not justify the price. The only saving grace was our server, who was great once she was finally able to get to us. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to redeem the experience. Definitely not worth a return visit. Would not recommend.
