Chef Celestino Drago has created a menu representative of the cultural diversity of Italy. The concept of “Contemporary Italian Cuisine”, emphasizes local dishes, fresh, high quality ingredients and old flavors that have defined Italian cuisine for centuries and which are revisited to create a truly eclectic menu. The extensive menu is a la carte and offers daily specials featuring many unique items. DRAGO Centro offers a diverse and extensive selection of premium wines from Italy and around the world.

Wow, coming from a first generation Italian family with a Mom who is the “heavy weight champion” of authentic Italian fare. This meal was epoch. We need DRAGO in Boston!! I will always come back here when I am any where near LA. Service, class and perfection all around the table… Erik Santucci

Great staff; Samuel in the bar is outstanding…very knowledgeable re his wines. Ladies at hostess area were fantastic and thoroughly accomodating. Dynamic dining experience!

Had a wonderful catchup with a long time friend. Our table was ready upon arrival, service was friendly professional and timely and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. A great experience start to finish.

I’ve been coming to Drago Centro for years. Especially when I lived in downtown. It’s always a must when I am back in the area. By far one of my favorite Italian restaurants very authentic, great wine and amazing food. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Everything was perfect- from the greeting at the door to the attentive (but not intrusive) service to the thoughtfully prepared fresh food. Well worth a walk from Disney Hall.

Loved the parking validation and convenient parking Loved the venue and ambience The food was outstanding The Hostess that greeted us was great. The waiter we had was below par. He seemed very annoyed with our party he did not refill our beverages and did not even check on us or ask if we wanted dessert.

Every dish we ordered was delicious. A shoutout for the wonderful octopus salad, the most shroom risotto and the pork belly. IOur lunches were delightful.

One of the best meals we have been served in years. Lamb chops and swordfish were exceptional. Service could not have been better. We were welcomed like friends and look forward to returning again soon. This is our "go to" spot in downtown Los Angeles.
