Food was amazing, service and atmosphere the same. Quantity is the only area for improvement but certainly enough for most people. Dessert in particular was exquisite and big ☺️

Service was excellent and food divine. I loved it all. We had padron peppers and nuts then I had cauliflower soup which was scrumptious then I chose to have two starters instead of mains - catfish and the soufflé. I would have chosen fish but there was only sea bass which we eat a lot at home and burgers and steaks. I would have liked to see a couple more interesting fish dishes but what I had was lovely.

We have often had lunch here and enjoyed it, but our latest experience made us decide not to go again. Staff were lovely, as usual, but we both disliked our food. Our sandwiches were made with very greasy fried bread, which was cold. My fish fingers contained very little fish, and were over cooked. My friend’s beef was gristly, so she had to deconstruct her sandwich to dissect out the gristle. Such a shame, it’s a lovely bistro, great atmosphere, lovely staff.

Another great meal at Duck Goose. On one of the coldest nights of the year, we were served hot and heartwarming food. We took advantage of their great value steak night deal and all the food was to the usual high standard. Service was friendly and attentive.

First time at the Duck Goose and was not disappointed. Good food and excellent service. We both had the pork fillet and shared truffle & Parmesan fries absolutely delicious. Perfectly finished with the chocolate delice for dessert.

DuckGoose Leek. Everything about it is perfect, but mainly the food is exquisite and the (recommended) red wine I had with my meal was the best I’ve tasted.
