Fittingly, DYNASTY is the only restaurant name continuing from prior to the Hilton Tokyo's renovation of the entire dining floor into TSUNOHAZU. While passing down pre-renovation DYNASTY's traditional tastes, over 100 new items and specialized oven for Beijing duck bring new perspectives to the DYNASTY legacy. The specialized oven can roast up to 8 ducks at a time while delivering hearty broth and ensuring the perfect ratio of crispy skin to tender meat. Under an impressive tin ceiling, a glass-enclosed kitchen is surrounded by 25 distinct tables and 19 different kinds of chairs. 7 party rooms ranging in size and accommodating up to 40 guests, and semi-private rooms for a more intimate gathering, ensure the right dining environment.
