   Went for Mother’s Day brunch; only 1 $14 choice for Vegetarian / Vegans and that was a for an over priced small scoop of yogurt and about $2 of fruit(in other words, a rip off). Other dinners meals were okay, but nothing special. Service was almost non existent which was disappointing as the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Won’t waste my money here again. There are so many better options in the area with more food choices for people with dietary restrictions at a better price.

   Restaurant does not “recognize” OpenTable reservations and did not accommodate us until I made a point to speak to a manager. Server was wonderful but food and drinks took forever to come out. When food finally arrived, (raw sushi rolls), they were totally bland, and the wasabi was flavorless. I know Mother’s Day can be a bear, but the restaurant itself was never full nor on a wait. Skip this location and go to HP or the Banks instead.

   It was very, very, very cold inside the restaurant. It made the dinner rushed so we could get out and warm up.

   The food was excellent, ambiance was great and we felt that the pricing was great for the quality and portions of the food. The service was just okay. It was very loud so we had a hard time hearing our waitress but we also just didn’t see her very often. We were catching up with our friends so it wasn’t a huge deal bc we weren’t on a tight time schedule but it was almost an hour before we even ordered our apps because there was so much time between when we ordered our drinks and when we saw her again. She was very kind it just seemed like she was very busy. There was little to no pre-bussing so there were still most of our dirty plates/silverware on the table when we were being served our dinner even though we had been done with the apps for a long time. It seems like maybe the staff is still trying to find their groove since this location has only been open for a few weeks. We are eager to try it again, maybe during a less busy time, because the menu and ambiance is great!!

   We love E + O. But the last 2 times to the Loveland location was kind of a bummer. We waited about 25 minutes to just get our drinks. The time before that it took 35 minutes to get a glass of wine. The food was just mediocre last night. Not trying to complain but trying to help and hope it gets better. Love E+ O downtown!!!! But Loveland was much closer last night for a Monday night.

   Very good and nice atmosphere! Had to wait quite a while for our server to come and take drink orders but besides the long wait for that everything else was very good!

    This place is such a welcome addition to Loveland. You can plan a nice night out or stop in for a small meal and drinks, the place is perfect for any mood. The service is top notch and I wouldn't expect any less from the group that owns this restaurant.
