   E3 Chophouse is a regular visit for us while in Steamboat. 6 of us had a fabulous dinner, food was great and Quinn our server was so great with us. The restaurant is loud and we were originally seated outside the kitchen area which was so loud that we could not hear each other and the view of hallway leading into the kitchen was not the view we wanted. We checked with the hostess, and she moved us immediately to an another table which was great. Really appreciate the staff. Highly recommend for a great steak..

   Sizzler with a wine list. Overpriced mediocre food. This place used to be great.

   After dining at steakhouses all over the world - including several phenomenal ones in our Denver metro area (Guard + Grace, Shannahans, and others) - this was decidedly just ok. Incredible location, solid service, but a weak wine list and very mediocre quality of meats. And while we're very used to resort town pricing, this place had an especially eye-watering price point. Especially considering the "meh" quality of their steaks. Maybe worth a splurge if you're in town, but lots of far better options for this kind of fare in Colorado and beyond.

   Food was delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Love the restaurant’s ambience and view of the river.

   If you are looking for a great steak with great service, E3 is one to add to the list while in Steamboat...indulge on the carrot cake!

   Service and food were excellent. The noise level was insane. Not the restaurants fault but truly irritating. Several large boisterous tables and two different families who literally let the children scream. So frustrating

   We have been to E3 for happy hour many times during our trips to Steamboat. Tonight was the first time we had dinner and it was fabulous!! Service and the things we ordered were perfect!!

    Really underwhelming considering the price. Food was edible, but not what one would expect from an expensive “chophouse” wedge salad was good. Steak was no better than averagelamb chops were poorly cooked. Sides looked a lot better on the menu than how the tasted. Service was amateurish, but at least friendly like everyone around here. This place had aspen prices , but everything after that was middle America amateur hometown restaurant. Very disappointing for how well they market themselves.
