   Server's were friendly, pleasant and respectful and a nice pre-hockey game ambience. But my visit lost point for cold food, one order that was botched (wrong food brought, and took a while to get the right food brought out), and Earl's prices are just far too high for the quality.

   Enjoyed Blackened Cajun Steak and Sangria. Friendly staff. Cold draft by the window took away from the experience.

   The ambience and food is outstanding (as it is with any other Earls restaurant). However, what stands out in a negative way was the service provided by front staff hosts and the host managers. We had a reservation booked and we were told right before going to our table (in quite a rude way) that another reservation was right after and we had to be gone from our table in an hour. Very pushy and not welcoming of our business at all. It’s a shame as the cooks delivered excellent food and the servers were very friendly and always came around to deliver great service with a friendly tone and respectful, professional manner. If you have the chance to go to another Earls, I would do so. It’s the same great food and ambience without the hassle of dealing with poor upfront service.

   Calamari was all bread, main course was ok at best. Service was not good at all. This was my birthday dinner (I was there with a party for my birthday last year as well), and I will be choosing a new venue for my next event.

   Staff were great and accommodating with everything, lovely food and atmosphere To top it off our server ran after me to give me my cane! They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!

   Great staff. Always, always polite, friendly, prompt, and helpful. And on this night, running late and stuck in several traffic snarls, our reservation was honoured as we arrived 40 minutes late even though it was very busy. Thank you.     Great time but don’t take the stairwell from the parking lot-no signage that all the doors let you in the stairwell but don’t let you out
