   We thought the service and food was good. However, we wanted to order items from the Happy Hour menu and we couldn’t, because we had made a reservation. Our host seated us upstairs, so we requested to be seated elsewhere. We appreciate that you accommodated us, but what’s the point of making a reservation if you are excluded from the Happy Hour?

   Our server was a mess - he took our order and couldn’t figure out how to open the bottle of wine so took it to the bartender to pre-open it and even then he couldn’t figure it out. He poured a taste and never poured more - we had to. Then he came back to take our order a second time and realized he already had but didn’t put it in. He really struggled when we didn’t have hard orders to fill. Food was great but he was a mess.

   Really disappointed in the meal. Our server was attentive, the ambiance was to be expected for a family restaurant but the food was sub par at best. Steak had to be returned to the kitchen as it was cold and raw in the middle. Chicken sandwich - sourdough bread was overcooked and extremely hard to bite into. Both meals were just not Earl’s standard.

   This was by far one of our favorite meals while staying in Banff. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and our server Hash was so engaging. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and anyone else that is visiting the area. We would definitely come back if we’re lucky enough to visit the area again!

   Incredibly slow food service for a restaurant at 20% capacity. Great service from our server though.

   Adam was our server and he was exceptional!! So attentive and making sure everything from beginning to end was perfect. The food is always great and love coming back. Will definitely ask for Adam’s section the next time we are there!!

    Had some people in from out of town, booked Earls because of consistency (usually) when we visit different Earls (always a fan) The breakfast in Banff was not good Restaurant was not busy service was so slow From time of ordering food it was 45 min to table. When arrived they poured cold hollandise sauce over hot food, had to be sent back. On the breakfast plate the bacon was white like close to raw, what the? Even the server that brought it out should look at the plate. No? Server tried. You need to send the cooks to school Bad news earls I wish I took a photo of the bacon. Not usually a complainer.
