   The server (Natasha) was excellent. I visit this location quite often and have noticed the last few times the host has been less than friendly. Today we checked in for our reservation and was told to have a seat and wait. After watching a number of people be seated ahead of us we realized we that we had been forgotten. With no apologies we were directed to a high top at the bar. When I asked to me moved to a table due to an accessibility issue I was disappointed with the rude response and told no, despite there being many tables available in the dinning area. The server picked up on our frustrations and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed . This was by far my favourite restaurant in Burlington, but with interactions like this I’m questioning my loyalty.

   Food recommendation from our server was bang on!! Delicious roast beef sandwich. Can’t wait to have it again the next time we visit. Our server gave us the space to catch up but checked in just enough times. Fabulous!

   Lots of delicious options on the menu - recommend the Tuna Poke bowl - it was fabulous.

   We were both freezing in the restaurant. We had to have our coats on our shoulders. Other patrons did too so it wasn't just us! Bbrrrr

   Dine here often and rely on great service. This time the service was really bad. Our server took a very long time to greet us and in fact greeted the table beside us before us (and they were seated long after we were!). She finally arrived and took our drink order. Returned after a while on to inform us they were out of Winter Sangria?!…are you kidding me? How can you not prepare enough winter Sangria to be available on a Saturday night around 6:30!!!! Total fail for this restaurant. I understand it was busy however we have dined here many times when it was busy and the service was always good, not this time! She took forever to return to take our order. Totally non attentive and indifferent it seemed. By the time we received our meals the table beside us had already paid and gone! Laughable since they were seated long after us and had the same server as us. My husband and I have always considered this Earls to be our “go to restaurant” for consistently good meals and service. We were very disappointed this time and when I mentioned to our server how we felt she gave a very non-genuine robotic “sorry about that, it’s very busy” response. She still never checked on us during our appetizers or our mains. Not acceptable! Considering the steep prices to small portions ratio I would definitely expect more value from this establishment.

   Wonderful! Front hostesses were awesome (Kyenne) and bar staff attentive. Food always good!

   We were there pretty late due to traffic. But the place was still packed. The server was not as attentive as she needed to be. The new menu is also not as good as the previous one. The sushi had changed. And the yuzu drink is gone. A little disappointing.

    I usually give this restaurant five stars but this time, I gave it only three stars because the place was way too noisy. Music was blaring and people were shouting. We had difficulty talking. As a result, it was not as enjoyable.
