   Earls is generally a great restaurant. I reserved a table for 7 at 3pm on Christmas eve, my wife's birthday. We check in, and the hostess says the last call for all orders is 315pm. I did not know that Earls closed at 4pm. We sit down and leave after 10 minutes because it's clear that nobody is going to serve us. the place was packed and there were at least 3 parties of 4-5 people waiting to check in. Clearly Earls failed to communicate they would be closing that early while still taking reservations within 15 minutes of last call.

   Our server was nice all throughout until when we were paying, then she didn’t even say thank you or say anything and just left after we paid. And felt like she was really bitter when we asked if we could put two bills together. Also the table beside us were really loud and drunk so it wasn’t as great of a experience for us, but everything else was really good :)

   Wife’s bday…greeted us with a balloon and a drink. Great experience. The entire staff always goes above and beyond

   Our hostess, Olivia was so friendly. She knew it was my birthday celebration. The handwritten card and balloon was a lovely touch. She had lots of personal recommendations that we took and enjoys. Austen the manager came by and made sure we were doing ok. I really liked the personalized attention.

   Earls has great atmosphere service and delicious food. My favourite is the Cajun Blackened Chicken dinner.

   Seated immediately on arrival. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly. Food was very tasty. Loved the roast beef sandwich. Frequent checks by server. Nice pre-Christmas lunch.

   Always a win in this restaurant. Food is fresh, innovative and delicious. Noise level is high, but not really annoying - more like a happening, exciting vibe. Great place to eat as a couple, group or for a special occasion.

   Foods always great. Guys & girls there are awesome. A bit too salty on the peppercorn sauce today. Besides that everything is great. We always visit this location.

    Another outstanding meal and service! From the lovely hostess, to our professional server Hayley, who was very efficient and friendly. Piper who is now the evening Manager was so gracious to come over to our table to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. A new face tonight was Austin the guest experience associate who also came over to our table to introduce himself to us. As regulars, we truly enjoy this top shelf service!
