   We had a date night at Earls on a busy Saturday night. Luckily, we were able to make reservations b/c it was very busy. Our table was in the corner of the restaurant, which felt a bit more like a diner than a restaurant. However, when the server introduced herself and the food came it changed our outlook. Server was courteous, friendly and had great timing. Food was fabulous and I would definitely order the Black Truffle pasta again. My husband had the burger and fries and said "it was good".

   Everything for the most part was pretty good. Nothing really to complain about except and it’s completely minor - the lightning where we were seated was very dim. Hard to see menus. Aside from that everything else was good!

   Yes it was not great my pasta was half cooked and had hardly any sauce to it it felt like rubber Very dissatisfying

   Had a reservation and waited over 10 minutes to be seated. Waitress took a while to come to the table. Service overall was very slow and the restaurant was quiet. We tried the Aburi Salmon Sushi, rice wasn't cooked, hard pieces, set it back. Celebrating our daughters birthday and no offer to bring a dessert. We asked for the bill and THEN she brings a dessert after we were planning to pay and leave. Did not feel welcomed. Was very disappointed especially as we decided to try Earls again after our last bad experience. We used to go weekly but after so much turn over in staff and management it's not a go to anymore.

   Not this restaurant’s fault. It’s not alone. People no longer know how to use “inside voices”. It makes it hard for other patrons to have comfortable conversations. (And yes, my hearing is just fine, thank you.) The current building concepts don’t help either. High ceilings with hard, reflective surfaces, etc. the noise level is often over the top. Eating out used to be a treat. Now no more.

    Too noisy. Everyone talking loudly over the music. 2 of us had to lean over the table so we could hear ourselves.
