   First visit after a year. The ambiance in the lounge was great - but guests nearby were very loud. Glad when they left and we could enjoy the rest of our night out. Had the bigger better burger and fries which I’ve had before. The burger was much smaller than I remembered and the fries were great - very hot but much too salty - my guests tried them and agreed. Also the cost of one cocktail was high - $14. We appreciated the large carafe of ice water. The coffee was also good. Service was great. Waitress was very helpful and efficient!

   Disappointing would be the best word to describe my experience at Earls Polo Park. Although I had a reservation, the staff rushed my guests and me about 40 minutes before the end of our time. We were told that we couldn’t stay longer than two hours, and while I understand if that’s your policy, the way it was handled made us feel pressured and uncomfortable. Because of this, I couldn’t even enjoy my birthday cake or celebrate with my friends without feeling stressed. On top of that, we were each charged an 18% service fee, which felt unfair given the rushed service. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and make some improvements. I am not coming back.

   Food here is always good . Bit of wait tonight even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Some confusion about our dessert orders but not a big deal.

   Food was good and ambience was perfect, But Service was really awful and that too with 18% of mandatory Gratuity/Tip. I believe that was the reason that everyone else was being attended as they have to make others happy to get tip but if you are 8 or above then it hardly matter to restaurant as they will anyways fetch 18% Tip as it is mandatory. It took 3 different servers and 40 min to be exact to get a drink and not enough cutlery. Server was so busy that she could not even respond to the call. It was my anniversary and I spent 367 dollars including 18 % tip for a really bad service. Management need to look into matter as people are spending their hard earned money on these mandatory tips which is a scam as after making it mandatory restaurant hardly cares if they provide a good service.
