   Sushi was very weak in flavor. Wrong order of sushi came. Reordered sushi and very disappointed with the spicy California roll. Very salty. Waitress spilled soya sauce . Very Friendly staff. Just seem very inexperienced.

   We had a birthday lunch here today for a gf. Sasha the manager went above and beyond and bought the birthday girl a bouquet of flowers. Dani was our server, she was so kind and attentive. She gave the bday girl dessert at the end. Such great food and great service!

   The food was delicious. It became pretty busy and quite noisy. We were a bit disappointed that our server didn’t do a last call for happy hour nor did she check-in to see how everything was going.

   I loved my meal and it’s a great restaurant but the noise level is a bit much. When there’s loud music playing in the background, people have to raise their voices to be heard and then it becomes really noisy. Unfortunately, if you’re trying to have a visit with somebody, it’s very difficult to hear them. The food and service were great though, so still a pleasant experience.

   I made a reservation days prior to November 10th for a group including kids to be seated in the dining room! When we got there we are told that the dining room is close for whatever reason and that’s why we have been moved to the lounge mind you we have kids and we are around of alcohol and drunk people and also an inappropriate tv show for a 3 year old! So I went to talk to the supervisor/manager she said that she is sorry but there is nothing she can do! I went back to my seat and I can see there is still people being served in the dining room that supposed to be closed 👎🏼. Overall service was great, food was delicious but just didn’t have the best experience with our reservation needs!

   Food n service was great. Too dark and way too noisy. Yelling at each other to make conversation and needed our flashlights from our cells to read the menu.

   Planned a last minute belated dinner and I was so pleased Earls Poco could accommodate our group. Our server, Dani, was genuine, caring, and accurate. I appreciated how the team worked together to bring food and drinks out as fast as possible. I haven’t been to an Earls in a bit and some of the new appetizers are incredible: I particularly enjoyed the wagyu aburi sushi and the yuzu calamari. Thanks for a great time!

    Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Asia called us in advance to confirm our special occasion. Our server, Dani, made great drink recommendations. And Nicole chatted with us and made us feel really special as we were finishing up. The food was excellent as usual. The spicy California roll is a new favorite!
