   Our waiter only took our order and basically ignored us after that. Someone refilled our drinks once and brought us our food but other than that nobody came to us even though we tried waving them over when they finally looked our direction

   We arrived for our reservation when the restaurant opened at 1139am and The background music was so loud it made conversation difficult at our table. The biggest problem though was the service. We sat at the table without acknowledgment for 10-15 minutes. Then ordered drinks that took another 15 or so. Someone other than our server delivered the drinks to us. Our server finally came back about 20 minutes later to take our order. It took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We had bacon cheddar burgers, chicken sandwich & spinach dip which were all tasty. The Fries however were not hot and the pizza was tasteless and covered in flour on the bottom. After we had finished we sat for another 20-30 minutes and had to ask someone else for our bill as our server only came back once to drop off a box for the leftover pizza. As I’ve felt in the past, Earlsi is overrated. We were there for a birthday though and that was the pick so it is what it is but I am definitely not rushing back.

   Food was ok, had to flag down our server to be able to order food (45min after our drinks were served). After our plates were cleared, there was no mention of dessert or coffee. And again server needed to be flagged to get our bill. This was a Wednesday evening after 7 and it was not busy.

   Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Earl's. The food was very good but more importantly Andrey our server was excellent. Very personable server, always asking if we needed anything more. Andrey surprised us with a complimentary dessert at the end of our meal. Thanks again Andrey for the superior service.

   We had a positive, memorable experience this past Friday night. Even without food, the prompt service really stood out, especially thanks to our server, Morning Star. It’s not every day you find someone who leaves such a positive impression! We will definitely be back!

   Difficulty changing number of people on reservation when trying to do over the phone. Would have been easier to cancel and just rebook. Service was slow but a positive is we never felt rushed. Waiter struggled to get bills sorted to pay. Food was expensive and flavour, presentation did not match the price.

   The waitress was so slow. I ended up being there for 3 hours, but more because it took forever for her to come take our order, and then bring us the bill.
