   Unfortunately, the food was prepared burnt and the presentation could have been more appealing. Additionally, the waitress’s attitude seemed a bit off and I felt like there was a lack of respect for customers.

   I had a wonderful experience at Earls Kitchen and Bar. The Cajan salmon and truffle fries were absolutely delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal, even though we were a large party of 16! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food. I highly recommend Earls Kitchen and will definitely be coming back!

   I will never go back to Earls Kitchen. First I made a reservation for 13 people and I was expecting a big table for all my guests. There was two table separated by a gap and the tables couldn’t be put together because the tables are stuck to the floor. I complain about this issue and there answers was oh we only have one big table for groups in the restaurant and is already taken. It will be helpful that when they see that a customer book a party of 13 people they will advice you ahead that they don’t have tables for bigs party to seat them together. It was my daughter master graduations and she had to seat in the middle of the gap to be moving around to alternate with her guest. Second the manager on duties told me I will take care of the starter(appetizer) it will be not charged on your bill. We only order three appetizer and the appetizer were charge to my bill. I called the next day to Earls Kitchen complaining that they did not honor what the manager on duty “promise that the appetizer will not be charged on my bill,” The manager on duty that helped me over the phone gave me a refund for one appetizer and said “I can’t not give you the other refund because the system won’t let me. I will give your phone number to another manager so he can call you and give you the other two appetizers refund,” As of today I haven’t had any calls from the manager that was supposed to call me or have received a refund for the other appetizers. I host this party on 12/19/24 I called the next day on 12/20/24 I have been waiting for 11 days for Earls Kitchen to call me and honor what they promise and nothing have happened. Is not that i worried about two appetizers refund it the service, what they promise and that they need to be honest and explain their customer about what to expect in their restaurant when you make a reservation for a large party, I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone,

   I’m a fan of this place however this time the MENU was changed making it very confusing and hard to pick this. From the appetizer to the dessert section it was not appealing at all. There is so many restaurants to choose in Tyson’s but this is usually my to go place because food is always consistent until now. Amir our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable with suggestions. Take feedback from regular customers this MENU is thumbs down 👎
