   They were so awesome! We mentioned it was a birthday and they went above and beyond for the birthday girl. The food was taking long but the night manager personally came over to check on us and apologize for the delay. A great experience all over.

   I have been to this location 2 othertimes and it was great! Last evening..we went for an early dinner before a show. To fair we where to they where have problems with the printer going to kitchen..they had to write everything out??..that’s ok…but not a excuse for the lack of detail or attention we didn’t receive..the place was not that busy..lots of staff standing buy the bar area. Waitress was pleasant..but was not very attentive..nor anyone else…no small talk at all. Had to ask for a pasta spoon for my dish. We ordered one dessert to share..and received one spoon..had to ask for 3 more. And all napkins were gone from the main course and then ..never given more with the dessert..yes they had problems with the printers. But that is no excuse for being detached and not paying attention to the customer. Food was very good.

   Absolutely loving the new menu for fall - the steak and sushi combo is unmatched! Awesome service from Andrea for our large group, we had so much fun!

   Wrote that it was my moms birthday on the reservation and Earls so kindly wrote her a card. Service was great! Our server Emma even brought us dessert! Thanks for a great evening

   We were pleasantly surprised. Our steak was cooked perfectly. Overall, the entree was delicious. The prices are shocking but the Service and quality were great making up for it. It’s terrible going to restaurants these days and the food is sub par or service is lacking but Earls nailed it.

   Noise level from the music was between 75 to 80 db. Was vet difficult to have a conversation with my partner. It did just go over 80 db which is a harmful level without hearing protection. Food and service was good.
