My friend and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be served. We asked waiters a few times for help. They said they were busy. Finally the bartender saw how long we were waiting and came over to help us

Restaurant music was too loud. We had to shout to talk. A thick black hair was found in our bread and pasta. It was disgusting.

Our server was amazing (Alex S) We had a table for 14 and he took our orders and had our food out so fast. Lots of bread and salad for the table. We were all very impressed and everything was made correctly with no errors. Very happy with our service tonight. I hope we get him everytime we come in.

Had a family of 8 for a birthday dinner. Drinks order came out with hot bread and butter. Meals were hot and everyone was eating at the same time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kept the drinks topped up and offered suggestions when people were undecided in what to order. Love East Side Mario's and this Newmarket location did not disappoint
