I made reservations tonight for 4. My family and I had a great time. Our server, Courtney, was absolutely wonderful. It was a very busy night considering it was valentines Day, but even still, she was friendly, fast, and overall really great. The food came out fast, everything was hot and tasted great, as usual. We will definitely be back. Would 100% recommend East Side Marios to everyone.Is this helpful?

We were presented the menu by a very sweet waitress. On the menu it should have stickers saying that pizza, calzones were not available. Obviously a little paper on the front door when there are lineups is not easily readable. We take time perusing the menu and choose the calzones. Nope! We basically can only have soup, salad and pasta. This is not acceptable. You can do better. Italian restaurant without being able to serve pizza and calzones. You should verbally tell us at the door. Disappointed is an understatement!Is this helpful?

Right now the machines are down that cook pizza, calzones, etc. so if you are interested in that, maybe check before going. The food was just so so, I don’t find the food as good as it used to be. Our server was nice and attentive.Is this helpful?

Always a loud environment as it's a busy place. The food was good, had a nice deal on for Valentine's Day. We were seated quickly with our reservation and waited on just as quick.Is this helpful?

We made reservations for 4 .We were seated in the corner where they must put families with children because the walls were all covered in crayons.3 out of 4 ordered the chicken parmigiana,the chicken was hot but the spaghetti was cold.The noise level was very loud ,it was very hard to have a conversation.Is this helpful?

Service was amazing and friendly, unfortunately food came out cold, when the waitress came over she actually felt the pasta and said it was unacceptable and that she was going to talk to her manager and then afterwards she stopped back at the table and said that accounted for half the meal so they were going to take something off the bill at the end, when the bill came it was $85 and they had taken $4 off each meal, not sure how to $4 off a $25 dollar meal they figure. Unfortunately, all the reviews on bad management seem to be true.Is this helpful?
