   Salad was barely dressed croutons soggy had to ask several times for plates, cutlery and napkins Had to wait for refills on drinks Meatballs were very bland

   We always enjoy bringing our grandchildren here for dinner. Our server Lauren did a great job and the food was great as always.

   Emily is always a great server. Food never fails. Only disappointment is their loaf isn't as garlicky as I'd like and the butter doesn't taste like real butter. But I still love the place. Great value.

   Not the best experience for East Side. Food was mediocre, not hot. East side in Guelph was better.

   The food was fresh and tasted delicious. It was pretty loud in the restaurant, I’ve been there before and that’s to be expected. Our server (I don’t remember her name) would only stand at one end if the table so it was hard to hear her and order. She only really checked up on us a couple times so it was hard to get refills and extra things like that. Besides that it was a pleasant experience

   Booked a reservation and had to wait for 25 minutes for a table. By the time we got our table, we were rushed because the kitchen was closing soon. Reservation was also made purposely for a birthday, but no birthday celebrations were done.

   Well, we had reservations for 8:15pm and waited for 1/2hr, waitress had attitude, didn't have cutlery didn't clean off table(menu's), salad bowl and plates, never asked if we wanted more bread, when the pizza came it had salad dressing blob on the crust and plate. In the 20yrs of coming to Eastside's, I have never had this treatmentof service and bad food. My fiancee was embarrassed, because it was our Valentines dinner. I'm very disappointed and probablywon't be back at this location again.

   We booked table for 7:30 and still waited till 8:15 to be seated. Food was literally okay and far below what we used it at same place. There were some mistakes in our order as well. Lack of service and long wait time to get the waiter.

    Food was cold, really no flavor, did not get full cutlery even after asking. Overall not a good experience. Service is not nearly as good as it used to be.
