   Mediocre at best. Poor value for what you get. Service was slow (45 minutes wait for first course) on a Monday for lunch.

   Having been to many Eataly locations worldwide, very happy to see one at Shops. Overall good experience but frustrating that you cannot get a latte with alternative milk when seated in the restaurant but in the bar/quick serve section it is readily available. Also feel that the artichoke plate was incredibly small.

   We will not return. To start with, the wine glass had lip stick stains on it. Server notified and wondered how that was missed. The menu was not extensive, limited options. Long story short, the pizza that was ordered had hair on it. Eataly extended a courtesy and did not charge us for it. Very disappointed.

   First time at Eataly, and I really think it’s overhyped 😭 We ordered the Bruschetta, Ravioli, and Alfredo. Bruschetta had way too much cheese. It was so dense, and needed more pork on it. I also would’ve appreciated a heads up from the server, that this bruschetta wasn’t a tomato one. Yes it’s on the menu, but at a restaurant of this scale, I expected it (Cibo lets everyone know when they order a Margarita Pizza, the differences). The ravioli was mid. I wouldn’t order it again. Also first time having peas in my ravioli, not a fan haha. But that’s not on the restaurant, just my taste! Alfredo was good. But way overpriced for the portion… and realistically what it is haha. We also ordered two glasses of the Pinot. That was fantastic! Crisp and chilled perfectly. The service was great. Everyone was attentive and kind. Only flag is maybe being a bit more knowledgeable on the menu, and when to bring things up would elevate the experience more.

   I definitely recommend visiting the restaurant, very tasty pizza, wine and desserts - tiramisu and panna cotta

   I’ve been here five times now for various family functions. Every time except the last the food is never hot enough, even when we request extra hot. Our server Paola was very helpful with the new menu but the carbonara with big, fat rigatoni noodles that didn’t make sense for a carbonara and it wasn’t tasty. Not enough pancetta in it either. It was my daughter’s 30th and the servers were very sweet to her but other than my Mum’s lasagna, which is her go-to & very tasty, the pastas were just okay and borderline cold.

    Service was bad and slow I ordered seafood linguine: first mussel had sand in it, second mussel had also sand in it!!! I just returned it, and ordered a simple pasta dish Twice waitress mixed up with the orders first they brought a dish that was for another customer, and later brought a coffee that we never ordered, they were pretty mixed up for a weekday night!!! Not a good experience, will not go there again
