   Friendly server (wish I could recall his name). My sister and I had the mushroom ragu pasta and it was flavourful. Our children all enjoyed their meals. Great restaurant for families and friends. Fairly noisy though and the lights could’ve been dimmed for better ambiance. First time at the Don Mills location as I’ve eaten at the Bloor St. location several times.

   Great service, friendly and responsive. The desserts, entres, and pizza were really delicious. The pasta dishes were inconsistent. Some were good, and some weren't. I loved the winter black truffle pasta, and my daughter loved her tomatoes penne.

   Very good experience, staff very nice and attentive to all our needs questions etc Location is beautiful, we had a bigger table close to us that is why the noise level was a bit higher than normal! Food and drinks excellent quality and presentation. Loved it!

   We always have a great experience at Eataly! We have gone many times in the last two months. The service at the Don Mills location is amazing!

    The food was fine, nothing that was outstanding. The restaurant itself was cold and the lighting was awful, like sitting in a hospital waiting room. There was a nicer room in the back but we were seated upfront with a lot of families with young children. As a group of four adult women it was pretty disappointing to be seated in what felt like the children section rather than with the adults in the back of the restaurant. I suppose if you are looking for a quick basic meal after shopping this would be fine, but not a nice dinner out with friends…
