   Have eaten here a half dozen times and today was our first disappointment. The focaccia rosa that we love tasted like pizza dough today. It had burnt pieces on it and big puffy swells on it like pizza dough. The tagliatelle bolognese had no flavour in the sauce and because it was al dente, felt like chewing elastic bands.

   We had a great experience at Eataly. Our server was amazing. The food was delicious. I love the beers from indie Ale house!!!! The kids menu is perfect for kids. Knowing how much the kids enjoyed the meal and that kids eat free, it makes it really easy to decide to come back for family dinners! Thank you!

   The server was not the greatest we found our food took over 35 Minutes When I ordered food she seemed to tell me oh that’s a lot of cheese you have ordered Everything overall was not great Our dinner once it did finally come was cold

   The noise level was too high. The lasagna tasted good, but too much noodle, not enough meat. I've had better elsewhere. The service was very good.

   Unfortunately, our much anticipated meal at Eataly turned out to be a dud. Firstly, there was a long wait on our reservation after check in, once inside we learned of a half occupied restaurant. Our waiter appeared right away for water , and appropriately timed his revisit to the table few minutes later for our complete order. We waited an appropriate amount of time for our 2 pasta dishes to come out , however our children’s pizza and calzone order arrived 20 full minutes later. The waiter arrived with the pizza & calzone, remarking that those orders had already been comped. No fault to the waiter, he appeared to be doing the best he could within the circumstance. The food taste , pasta parmigiana 7/10, lasagna 8/10 , pizza 5/10 ( very undercooked, drippy dough) , calzone 7/10. The decor / general ambiance of the restaurant is spacious, clean and upscale. It was a minimally acceptable experience , propped up by a waiter who was switched on to the deficiencies of the restaurant. Score 6/10 .. we won’t be rushing back.

    Great service. We got lucky we got a bi-lingual personnel and that helped a lot with family visiting outside Canada that speak minimum english.
