   Food and service were excellent! Their attention to detail was great. The friendliness of the staff, and vibe in the restaurant was perfect. A well needed addition to The Mall at Short Hills dining options!

   We ordered salad and pizza The chicken ceaser salad came with 4 very small pieces of chicken: The beets salad was very nice. Either our waiter forgot to order our pizza or something happened but we sat for 30 minutes and waited for our pizza. Wished it was better!

   A bit of a disappointment honestly. Food was average but some would say overpriced for the level of quality. Service, while friendly, was not up to the level they are aspiring to in any way. I think our waiter had little or no experience in the restaurant of food service industry. He’s trying, but clearly not up to the task, and likely this is not his fault, but the fault of who is responsible for his training. My teenage son wanted a soda, and we were told none were available except “chinotto”, an acquired taste to say the least. (several other Italian sodas including aranciata and limonata WERE available in the store but we were told NOT in the restaurant. Our waiter also failed to inform us there were specials available that were not on the menu, but moments after we ordered he did inform the table next to us !! Do not waste your time if you are looking for a pleasant and authentic Italian dining experience. If you just want to go somewhere trendy to be seen, and overpay for a mediocre meal, then by all means make a reservation.

   Food was outstanding (worth the $). Either server neglected to put order in or kitchen lost order ticket. We waited way way too long (more than 2 hours in total) for apps, pastas, and even drinks too quite some time. Management seemed, inexperienced, disorganized , and not enough (more needed to help) of them. They comped dessert but felt too little too late.

   Unfortunately, our waiter was inexperienced. Brought us the wrong pizza and charged us for items that were included with our meal. We also needed to remind our waiter of beverages that were never brought to the table. It was a frustrating, dining experience.
