   We got the Turkey menu. They were out of a lot of things. No green beans, and the desert menu was almost all gone. No triple Chocolate Cake or Creme Brulee. All that was left was Carrot Cake which I cant stand. I guess most people don't like it as that was all that was left.

   We went to Eddie Merlot’s for Thanksgiving dinner. We had a reservation and were seated fairly promptly, despite the fact the restaurant was completely packed. Service was excellent. Our waiter Nick was fantastic. We had the special Thanksgiving meal, which was average. Eddie Merlot’s specializes in steaks and lobsters and I don’t think they are very adept at turkey and stuffing!

   I’ve worked in F&B for a while and in fancy upscale restaurants in Charleston SC. I have been to this place twice. Last Christmas with my business partner. Service was good and food was awesome. Last night we had a reservation for 4:45. It was 5 when we got to table and then 6:45 before we got drinks we ordered 40 mins prior. Menus left on table. Dinner served before salad was half over. The management appeared to sacrifice service for $$ and how many reservations they could take. Not thinking about how many people the staff could adequately take care of. All in all not a bad meal. Our waiter was nice enough. Service was worse than a fast food restaurant after a football game.

   We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving in your joyous and beautiful restaurant. We ordered the turkey dinner, which was marvelous. Everything was perfectly cooked. The only improvement would be to have more people to bus tables as our plates sat on the table after we are finished for a good 25 minutes. I know that  this is probably isolated to the busy holiday. That would be the only thing that I would improve great meal thank you.

   First time dining at Eddies - great experience for Thanksgiving! Service was the best! The food and portions were outstanding from cocktails to all three courses - just exceptional! The vibe was laid back but elegant. It was a relaxing afternoon for a family gathering and look forward to spending other special occasions there!

   In a nutshell, we had a good experience. Let’s start from the beginning. I had asked on my reservation and called as well to let the host know to put some confetti and a card with a note on the table and they confirmed that would be done. Unfortunately when we got there, it wasn’t done. I had to remind them, go back in the waiting area for that to be done before getting seated again. I do appreciate the rectification. Our server Jake was great! He provided excellent service, was courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job waiting on us. The drinks were good, the appetizers were great. We really enjoyed what we got. (Calamari and sweet & spicy shrimp). Our main courses were okay. We just expected a little bit more from a high end restaurant. My sea bass was just okay. I wouldn’t put it in my top three. My husband’s steak was okay as well. We did not like the mashed potatoes so Jake took it off our tab. The crème brûlée was pretty good though. overall, good experience but not enough to wanna go back on our own.

    First time visiting. Took my friend to celebrate her new job. Our waiter Raphael was very helpful and attended to our every request. The food was deliciously amazing. We left very full and satisfied. Will definitely visit again.
