    Great dining experience. My significant other and I made NYE dinner reservations at a bar top. We were seated in the bar area near the lively band. I wish I could remember our waiter’s name because he was fantastic. The food and drinks were top notch and came out with perfect timing. Our waiter offered us a complimentary sample dessert that was the perfect couple of bites. We had a great time and will be back!

    This was a great way to start our New Year’s Eve celebrations! Always great food n drinks but the shining stars are the staff members. We are always welcomed and treated so well. Thanks for all you do!

    I’m a repeat diner, but it’s been maybe a year since I’ve been here. And it didn’t disappoint. Our food was delicious - especially favorites (crab fried rice and banana foster butter cake). Our waiter (Andrew) was attentive and professional. Our food came out in a timely manner, the food temperature was in point. And they gave us my dessert for free, bc it was my birthday. No question I’ll be back.

    Fantastic evening! We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The wine selection from sommelier Joe was perfection, service from Kevin was wonderful, and we really appreciated the service provided by Ingrid, with such sweet and friendly smiles. Well done!

    I’ve been to Eddie V’s in Troy a few times, but my recent experience with our waitress, Jody, was hands down the best I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that our night was special. Jody didn’t just provide great service—she overextended herself in the best way, making my husband, our friends, and me feel truly valued. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal touches elevated the entire evening. I would gladly return just to have Jody as my waitress again. She was simply amazing!
