The restaurant experience was wonderful. We were the only people there for most of the time. It was if the place closed down for us, 😀. The service was great. They were extremely pleasant and attentive. The food and drinks was flavorful and yes, delicious. We will return. We went at 1 for lunch. Will try dinner next time and check out the night life there.

Service was less than desirable. There was a party going on inside, and I was sitting outside under the cover. I kept hearing, "we are short on wate staff, I apologize." I thought Open Table would help with restaurants planning on how to best handle customers. Maybe before planning another night out at Edgars Above Broad, I'll call and ask if there is a party being sested. If so, I'll make other dinner plans.

Good food, slow service. Need more staffing. The employees were trying hard to satisfy everyone.

It's good you have live music but the Musician selected should be more versatile in playing songs the audience can relate to, not something that is his own taste. Play popular tunes, pop, blues, rnb, not just folk music. This is downtown Augusta and audience is diverse. Menu needs improvement, too many fatty selections.

My main concern is that the restaurant is not really conducive to single patrons. I generally dine out by myself. I was offered seating at the bar because I was told they don't normally seat singles at the tables. I said if that was all that was available, okay, but would rather have a table. With damaged legs, bar stools are not comfortable. Also, I knew the menu was limited, but then one item I ordered wasn't available which cut my meal in half. I liked the restaurant, but in anything that I read, I didn't see it described the way I saw it. For a single man to go for dinner, it isn't a great place. If going out with friends and family, it could be the right place. In addition, the server was great, attentive, but not overbearing and did a great job taking care of me.

The drink prices are very expensive and for happy hour you expect the drinks to be sold as half price. The food was not well prepared. The spinach dip too creamy with cheese, my pretzel was over cooked and the potato wedges were served with sour cream melted. My best friend and I weren’t pleased with the food except for the sliders and chicken wings. The waitress was pleasant, but asked the same question many times “do you want something else to drink”? We shared several times we were ok. She didn’t listen well.

Server was great. The food is waaaay overpriced. There was an ad on website regarding happy hour discounts. Though the ad was still there, they had discontinued having happy hour sale. Had we known that, we probably would have gone elsewhere.

We were only in town for one night, so o made a reservation bc we have never been here. I was SO MUCH FUN! We haven’t had that much fun in a while. We had good drinks, great food, the atmosphere was top notch, we got 3rd place in trivia and our waitress was THE BEST!!!!

The good: service was great, our server Sophie was a sweetheart and a gem. The ambiance is a cool and laid back kind of vibe, great rooftop. The bad: we were told there was draft, but not working, so $8 for a can of beer to pour ourselves is a bit excessive. The food was the biggest disappointment. Food IMO was made with like and not love. I have made better deviled eggs with more pizazz at home and $7.00 for 3 halves is a little excessive, not even a stack of poke nachos, but 3, yes 3. The chicken and waffles tasted like a processed packaged sugar waffle with a chicken nugget on top of it with hot honey and maple syrup. The loaded baked potatoes were barely loaded with cheese. The wagyu sliders were ok at best, the onion bacon jam and the pickle were the best part. There is so much that can be improved, but for the cost, we will try elsewhere. We ended up going to Arsenal taphouse afterwards to get a far better selection of draft beer and cider.

Servers were very attentive- food was tasty but we waited quite a long while before my plate was brought out - my husband’s order came out a good 20 minutes after mine and the last appetizer was brought to the table after we were through with drinks and other food - started to send it back. We ordered coffee and were told there “was none.” At our last visit we waited over 50 minutes for a simple small plate . If eating before a show, you must add at least 45 - 60 minutes. .
