Our kitchen's formula is product+technique+creativity2. The results are new interpretations of everyday food, expertly engineered into modern cuisine.

edison: food+drink lab fills the gap in the dining scene for the neighborhood joint that serves polished, modern world-class food with an everyday familiarity and comfort. A daily, inventive menu that traverses the chasm between haute cuisine and comfort food, each dish will be a bit familiar, but at once modern.

We currently offer reservations in both the main dining room as well as open air dining in our courtyard. The full dinner menus are also available at our bar, which we keep available to walk-in guests.

We look forward to seeing you!

We offer a 15 minute grace period for reservations. If your reservation plans change, please let us know.

One of the most flavorful and unique meals I have ever enjoyed. Starter and fresh main options you will never see anywhere else. Don’t miss the oyster croquettes!

This is my third birthday dinner party I’ve had here and it always slaps. Thomas took great care of me. Allegra was magnificent server beyond. Food & drinks were absolutely delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Will always come back to Edison.

Excellent menu with a wide range of starters and entrees. Went here after recommendations, would highly recommend a dinner date with friends. If you want an innovative and creative menu with cocktails and food to hit every palette, this is the place for you! Also S/O to Nick, an amazing server always recommending what dishes to choose!

Edison’s menu and execution of some totally unique recipes was unparalleled. The flavors were so layered & complex- never have anything like it. Our server, Dillon, was just a gem! He was just so personable & totally engaged in providing the absolute best experience possible. He truly loves that group & the product it puts out & it shows glowingly. We’ll be back next week with a friend this time!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at edison: food + drink lab and were welcomed with complementary glasses of champagne, such a nice touch! Our server, Brady, was super attentive, despite covering a number of other diners, and had a great knowledge of the menu. Honestly, Edison's menu can be a bit overwhelming with many creative and exotic selections...but Brady helped us wade through them all. We had the pork shoulder and the Hanger steak entrees and they were excellent. A great wine and beer selection as well. We did not get the Maître d's name but he could not have been nicer and solicitous of our needs. All in all the staff is very attentive, courteous, and welcoming! Highly recommend edison: food + drink lag

As always, food is amazing. Bartender Brady and manager Tomas always greet with a smile and make you feel at home.

Great food and vibe. Too bad server was arrogant and seemed annoyed to be doing their job. Start of night was quiet but as it got later the place filled and got louder. Still able to have conversation though. Prices seemed high for what you get foodwise but everything tasted excellent and maybe prices are just going up everywhere. Drinks were priced reasonable though. It was a nice night overall.
