   The staff were all really warm and helpful. Service was excellent without feeling rushed and they had time to answer all our questions, creating a friendly, informal, welcoming ambience for everyone . Food was tasty and an interesting menu which felt authentic. My only slight criticism was that there was not a lot of choice of main courses for non meat eaters/ vegetarians, although there was a good choice of starters for them. We will definitely return.

   Gorgeous space. Starters were great but mains were average. Staff were nice but service wasn’t great. There was very little help when asked to explain the menu or suggestions on what would go together etc. Drinks were well priced.

   Beautiful people, tastiest food and so relaxed. Feel like we discovered a jewel in Richmond. Thank you for looking after us so well. We will be back.

   1st visit to this restaurant following a recommendation but I eat in a lot of Turkish and Persian restaurants so know what to expect. Efes Plus is quite a small restaurant and it was packed on Saturday for dinner with the noise level somewhat distracting. The staff were extremely attentive and service was quick. We ordered baba ganoush, hummus and bread to start followed by lamb shish and Adana kebabs with rice. This was presented nicely with good portions. They offer a good choice of cocktails and wine which accompanied our meal very well. The only downside was their license is only until 10.00PM (something to do with Richmond Council) so we left sooner than expected - we were the last ones left.
