With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.
Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.
Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

We had the seasonal festive menu. Imaginative and delicious. Excellent value considering the quality of the food and presentation. Stunning venue with all round views of the countryside. Love the values of animal welfare and regenerative farming.

The fourth time we have visited Eight at Gazegill and the fourth time we have had a fabulous time there. The food and the service is exemplary and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Love the fact that the menu changes with what's currently available and in season.
We would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone and have indeed brought several friends who, have all very much enjoyed it too.
