With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.
Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.
Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Our first time dining at Eight @ Gazegill and it definitely won't be our last. The staff were professional and the chef was very accommodating in terms of meeting my dietary needs. Superb value for outstanding food. Beautiful scenery which will be even better on a sunny day. Can't wait to go back.
Beautiful location and venue. All dishes flavoursome, well balanced and well presented. I would highly recommend

A very interesting octagonal open plan dining area with great views of the surrounding countryside in a farm setting accessed by a single track slightly bumpy road set a very pleasant tone for the email. Service was very attentive and helpful to one or two slightly odd requests.
The food was interesting albeit main course choices we felt were slightly restrictive with a slight bias towards game and venison. The option of small plates and main courses was interesting and I chose two small plates rather than a main.
We thoroughly enjoyed my wife's mid-week lunchtime birthday meal and would heartily recommend.
