With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.
Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.
Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

A perfect setting and friendly, efficient yet not rushed service. Unique and imaginative dishes that matched, and indeed exceeded, the quality of the establishment. A lovely Saturday morning which we look forward to repeating in the near future.

We've eaten at Eight at Gazegill a few times and go back because the dinning experience is first class. I had wild muscles, hake and chips followed by pear with Yorkshire parkin with raw milk ice cream. My wife had smoked salmon, duck breast, followed by a special minced pie and raw milk ice cream. The service was friendly, and considerate. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Can't wait to go back.

The perfect place to enjoy a meal for a special occasion. Food and service outstanding. Generous portions of delicious organic food. Staff are knowledgeable and there is obviously a passion for the produce and the menu. Highly recommended.
