With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.
Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.
Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Beautiful relaxing environment ? Gorgeousourlook over countryside , friendly witted ? So professional and attentive . The food was exquisite truly . Such good value I was so full .
Will definately Benavides many times.
Thank you for such a perfect experience c
Lovely tasting menu and for a fish-lover like me there was a pescatarian option. The meat courses looked delicious too. Great balance of lots of flavour-rich dishes but presented as reasonably sized plates. We left full but not feeling over-stuffed. Waiting staff is very attentive and you can choose the pace of the delivery of courses to take a breather. The desserts were especially spectacular. Well worth the drive!

Having eaten here a few weeks ago with a friend, I came again with 4 more friends. We all agreed it is a truly outstanding restaurant on all fronts. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, food is excellent, all in a relaxing atmosphere. We sat in the window with the sun shining on Pendle Hill and all agreed it was the best food experience we’d experienced in a long time. Subtle and classy Xmas decorations for the festive season. First class.

We went expecting to choose from the Festive Menu. However on looking at the general menu we chose from that instead. There was so much choice and we sampled a number of dishes which were all delicious. Staff were on hand and helpful but not intrusive. The dining room is spacious and tables are a nice distance apart. I'll happily dine at Eight at Gazegill again.
