With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.
Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.
Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Another visit to this fantastic restaurant. It was for my sisters birthday. Four of us dined at lunchtime and the food was outstanding 👌
Well done Chef Doug and his amazing team 👏
Great to see a helicopter landing and the occupants popping in for lunch.

What a beautiful place! Surrounded by beautiful countryside this is the go-to place for fine dining. The whole experience is fantastic and the food is amazing! My first visit last month was on a Sunday for the fixed roast dinner menu - fantastic! My latest visit was for Saturday lunch and the menu was very varied. Opted for beef cheek croquettes, then bacon cutlet - again another fantastic meal. Highly recommended.

Lovely food with a real difference. On a fabulous day, the views will be amazing from the huge windows, but on a miserable November day, it was the understated decor which appealed, although the room was somewhat chilly.
Shame about the rather rutted road and farmyard you have to drive before getting to this fabulous venue.

The menu at Eight is very, very interesting. We travelled a good hour to get there but we all thoroughly enjoyed our delicious shared snacks and main meals. Sadly, it was a foggy day so we couldn't appreciate the views as much as we would have liked. All the staff were delightful and the only down side was the room temperature, a little cool. It is part of a farm and the access road was a bit uneven and would benefit from resurfacing. But don't let that put you off as it was well worth the effort. We will definitely be back soon and on a clear day.

The booking system was quite tricky - and changed by Eight at Gazagill as we had booked for brunch and because of our booking time and their introduction of the festive menu we had to move our booking forward in order to have brunch rather than have the lunch or festive menu !
The venue was cold and the staff not very friendly
The food was good although small portions.
I wouldn't rush back.
Lovely setting and I would like to visit again on a sunny day !
