They didn’t assign us any waiter so the service was terrible. The manager that was waiting on us was extremely rude. At the end a waiter came and made our experience better but is a shame that the people who are running the place, have such poor people skills

2/2 mal! Seguimos yendo porque los platillos son realmente buenos pero el servicio es tan malo que ahora se entiende por qué estuvo casi vacío todo el tiempo. El mesero desapareció por más de 20 minutos, al llegar los platillos faltó uno, con todo y el que tomó la orden fue el capitán (por la ausencia del mesero), tuvimos que pararnos por servilletas, se dieron indicaciones especiales para el postre que no se cumplieron. La música altísima. Un desastre. Ahora sí fue la última visita. Hay lugares mucho mejores al mismo precio.

Muy buen servicio, la comida todo muy sabroso a excepción de los tacos de ribeye, la tortilla la podrían mejorar y la presentación, no estaban muy buenos

La comida está buena y el mesero amable, pero todos corrían por todos lados. Un caos la cantidad de gente. Niños gritando y más gente de la que cabía en mesas. Mucho ruido. Es una lástima porque comida y servicio son buenos

Pobres condiciones de seguridad y aislamiento de la lluvia de las mesas en terraza, la poca distancia entre el borde y las sillas de la mesa elevada provocaron un accidente. Escalón sin señalamiento de seguridad. Durante toda la comida se metió la lluvia y se mojaron los asientos. Goteras en el baño. En general pésimas instalaciones. Les urge remodelar. Comida y servicio bien.
