    El Torito does a great job! Their service is excellent, the servers are gracious, the food is delicious, they really know how to do a buffet. I think we may make it a tradition to go there for Thanksgiving! It was so good I dug in and forgot to take pictures 😩

    I meet my daughters and friend every year for Thanksgiving brunch at El Torito's in Milpitas. We almost always get great service. This year the restaurant staff did an excellent job serving us. The waitress was on top of keeping our water glasses filled and our table supplied with napkins. They made us feel welcomed and they took great care of us while we were there.

    Our waiter took forever from the start we had to keep asking for beverage refills and other stuff some which he never came back with like coffee at the end or our granddaughters icecream which came with the meal. Plus I paid him before we were done and tipped him well but he never returned after that.

    Luis gave amazing customer service the entire morning. He was very attentive to everything we needed before we even asked for it. The food was great and we can’t wait to come back again
