   The food was delicious, and the dinner was reasonably priced. However, the restaurant was packed, which overwhelmed the staff and resulted in poor table service. To make matters worse, they never brought us champagne, even though it was included in the price. Overall, it was a decent experience.

   The food was ok. Not as good as it normally is. The waiter was wonderful but it took over one hour from ordering to get our food. Yes it was a holiday and very busy but they had a pre-fixed menu with limited options so the food should’ve been much faster. The kicker was using Opentable to make the reservation and selecting a time… apparently they decided instead of a 15 Minute grace period to check in.. that it was suddenly 10 minutes. Then the hostess says to me “well it’s 5:58 and we only have a ten minute grace period tonight.” So I said “well we’ve been waiting to check in and you have been taking a long time to check everyone in, so how was I supposed to check in faster?” Then she says “ well I’ll make the exception this one time.” No you’re not making an exception… you’re doing your damn job. Then with a baby in my arms, and a reservation saying “standard seating” they go to seat us in the bar. So then we had to argue and wait for a standard table. Then when seated we weren’t given menus or a high chair and after ten mins I got them myself. Our waiter was great. The bussers were great.

   I would like to thank you El Torito, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Food, service and drinks were spectacular. Your Valentines special was remarkable.

   We were there celebrating the wedding of my daughter and son in law and we couldn’t have been happier. Making the reservation was easy and we were served quickly and the food sitters was amazing.

   I made reservations for six on Christmas at 2:30. It said that it was a brunch and we could have brunch all the way up to 8 o’clock and they said all you could have mimosas we got there we had reservations and we end up sitting outside, it was colder than heck. It took him an hour to come out and tell us that half the stuff we ordered they were out of didn’t have anything that we wanted Drinks or food we got up and we left we paid for our drinks and we went home. you guys overbooked yourself. She didn’t have enough people working there and it was lousy. We won’t be back. I don’t recommend the place whatsoever.

    We really enjoyed the menu today for Christmas Day brunch! The prime rib was delicious!
